Location: Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough, Pasco & Pinellas Counties)

Position Summary

The Licensed Community Association Manager will oversee a portfolio of associations throughout the Tampa Bay tri-county area. This role combines on-site community management for designated properties with traditional portfolio management for others. The position requires a balance of in-person presence and remote work, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Boards of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned community associations in compliance with Florida statutes and CAM best practices

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Boards of Directors, vendors, and residents

  • Attend board meetings and community meetings as required

  • Oversee contracts, budgets, and operational activities for assigned communities

  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and data entry

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current, valid LCAM license issued by the State of Florida (documentation of licensure and required CE credits required)

  • 5+ years of experience in the community association management industry

  • Unrestricted, valid Florida driver’s license with appropriate automobile insurance

  • Strong knowledge of CAM procedures, applicable Florida statutes, and business operations

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining cooperative relationships with Boards of Directors

  • Strong computer skills, including keyboarding and data entry

  • Vantaca experience preferred

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Residency in or near Pinellas County preferred due to on-site requirements

Work Environment

  • Portfolio located throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas Counties

  • Combination of on-site community management and remote work

  • Requires travel to assigned properties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

  • Paid Holidays: 8 per year

  • Paid Time Off (PTO):

    • 2 weeks in Years 1–2

    • 3 weeks after 2 years

    • 4 weeks after 5 years
