This is a hybrid role with the option to work at home and at my office in St. Louis Park. This role will take over transaction coordination responsibilities while also providing general administrative support across real estate sales.
This position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys operations, organization, and process ownership and who is open to providing occasional leasing support for my investment company.
This is an operations-focused role designed to:
- Fully manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Serve as primary administrative support for Jamie
- Assist with general admin and bookkeeping tasks
Compensation:
$56,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Transaction Coordination & Contract Management
- Manage all residential transactions from accepted offer through closing
- Prepare, organize, and track contracts, addenda, and disclosures
- Support listing preparation (ordering photography, signage, lockboxes, MLS inputs)
- Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and timelines
- Coordinate signatures via TransactionDesk/DocuSign
- Communicate with lenders, title companies, agents, and clients
- Maintain complete, compliant transaction files
- Update MLS statuses related to transactions
General Administrative & Business Support
- Assist with post-closing tasks and record-keeping
- Handle the client database and ensure complete information
- Support client touches throughout the year (holidays, birthdays, anniversaries)
- Assist with marketing efforts (mailers, monthly emails, client gifts, etc)
- Help document workflows and improve internal processes
West Edge Investments – Administrative Support Only
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Provide leasing support as needed (showings, leases, addenda, listings)
- Support light bookkeeping functions such as: Receipt tracking, Invoice organization, Expense categorization
- Help maintain organized records and spreadsheets
- Provide overflow admin support on an as-needed basis
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota real estate license
- Prior experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple workflows independently
- Tech-savvy and confident with: MLS Systems, Google Workspace
