Logica IT is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team and take part in end-to-end hiring processes for a wide range of technology roles.

Responsibilities include:

<li>Managing end-to-end recruitment processes</li>
<li>Sourcing and screening candidates</li>
<li>Conducting interviews and candidate assessments</li>
<li>Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process</li>
<li>Working closely with hiring managers and leading clients</li>
<li>Managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel</li>
</ul>
 
Must-have requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in recruitment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage priorities</li>
<li>High service orientation and strong ownership</li>
</ul>
 
Advantage:

<li>Experience in technical recruitment</li>
