We are looking for a special kind of person to join our team on weekends. Someone who can provide comfort and professionalism to families saying goodbye to a beloved pet.

This role is both administrative and heart-centered. You will meet with grieving families, guide them through necessary paperwork, and ensure all information is entered accurately into our system. Your kindness, patience, and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference during one of the hardest moments in a family's life.

Key Responsibility:

-Greet and support grieving families with sensitivity.

-Process and verify paperwork for deceased pets.

-Accurately enter client and pet information into our computer systems.

-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
