I'm working with a growing civil engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Land Development team in Gaithersburg.
\n
 
\n
This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility across team leadership, client relationships, business development and branch growth.
\n
 
\n
What you'll do
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Lead and develop a team of Land Development professionals</li>
\n
<li>Manage key client relationships and support new business</li>
\n
<li>Oversee project delivery, quality and financial performance</li>
\n
<li>Help shape the growth and direction of the local office</li>
\n
<li>Develop and mentor future leaders</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
What we're looking for
\n
<ul>\n
<li>15+ years of relevant Land Development experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong private-sector civil engineering background</li>
\n
<li>Proven leadership and project management experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong client-facing and business development skills</li>
\n
<li>PE, PLS or relevant professional qualification preferred</li>
\n</ul>
