Job DescriptionLegal Secretary – Medical Malpractice & Elder Care | Walnut Creek, CA
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to support a team of attorneys in the Medical Malpractice and Elder Care practice areas. This is a full-time, on-site temporary opportunity with a well-established legal team.
Location: Walnut Creek, CA (On-site, 5 days a week)
Office Address: 2185 N. California Blvd., Suite 300, Walnut Creek, CA 94596
Pay: $43.59 – $48.72 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary (Through 7/29/2025 unless extended)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to five attorneys
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain physical and digital case files for active and archived matters
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and external agencies as needed
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel for case coordination
- Track attorney billing and timekeeping; support monthly invoicing process
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in Medical Malpractice or Elder Care law
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team environment
