💼 What You’ll Do
- Keep pool areas safe and secure for all patrons
- Respond quickly to emergencies with CPR, First Aid, or AED
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free pool deck
- Conduct routine water quality tests and report issues
- Follow all safety protocols and organizational policies
- Protect privacy by adhering to PHI guidelines and completing annual training
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
- Experience: Prior lifeguard experience & familiarity with pool filtration systems (Preferred)
- Certifications:
- ✅ Lifeguard Certification (Required)
- ✅ First Aid, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers
- ✅ Water Safety Instructor (WSI) (Preferred)
💪 Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling
- Strong coordination and constant alertness

The pay range for this position is $20000.00 - $40000.00/yr.
