Live Well Therapeutic Counseling and Consultations is a growing behavioral health practice committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and client-centered mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and communities throughout Central Texas.

We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Therapist who is passionate about helping clients improve their emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life transitions.
\n
\n
Position Summary
\n
The Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services based on clinical training and areas of expertise. The ideal candidate will be clinically competent, dependable, ethical, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with the Live Well team.
\n
The therapist will be responsible for maintaining a professional caseload, completing timely clinical documentation, coordinating care when appropriate, and providing services consistent with professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Provide evidence-based and clinically appropriate interventions.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
- Complete required assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
- Coordinate care with other providers and community resources when appropriate and authorized.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable federal and Texas regulations.
- Participate in clinical consultation and/or supervision as appropriate.
- Maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.
- Communicate professionally with clients, referral sources, and members of the Live Well team.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and clinical documentation requirements.
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, or other practice activities as requested.

Qualifications
\n
Required:
\n
- \n
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.
- Current, unrestricted Texas independent clinical license.
- Examples include:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-S)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/LMFT-S)
- Other comparable independently licensed mental health professionals, as approved by the practice.
- Ability to provide services independently within the scope of licensure.
- Current professional liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain coverage.
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Reliable access to a computer, secure internet connection, and technology necessary for telehealth services, when applicable.

Preferred Qualifications
\n

- Experience providing outpatient mental health services.
- Experience working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, or groups.
- Experience working with grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, or other common behavioral health concerns.
- Experience working with insurance-based clients and electronic health records.
- Experience providing telehealth services.
- Experience working with community organizations, churches, schools, or employers.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule
\n
Scheduling may be flexible based on client availability and practice needs. Therapists may have the opportunity to establish a schedule that supports both client care and work-life balance.

Candidates must be able to maintain a consistent schedule and provide reliable availability for their assigned caseload.
