Almega Management Group is growing in Lancaster and we’re looking for driven, people-focused Client Representatives to join our growing team! This is an on-site role where you’ll support customers both in-office and throughout the local community!

As a Client Representative, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between customers and the services that make their daily lives easier. You’ll play a key role in educating customers, guiding decision-making, and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and solution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products or services
- Represent clients and their brands in a professional and positive way
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completion
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Provide a positive customer experience and answer questions as needed
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, services, and promotions
- Work closely with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Leadership qualities or interest in professional growth preferred
- Customer service, marketing, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation - this is an on-site position
