TRAVEL - RN - SICU
\n
Job Details:
\n
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n • Located on the 2nd floor of Building 7
\n • 26-bed Surgical ICU unit
\n • Patient ratios of 1:2, with 1:1 for high acuity patients including post-CABG patients (estimated ratios, not guaranteed)
\n • Work alongside a team of 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift
\n • Operate and work with equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia equipment, and ECMO
\n • Utilize Meditech EMR system
\n • Care for trauma patients, post-CABG, post-TAVR, and general post-surgical ICU patients
\n • Perform procedures including chest tube management, central line care, and medication drips
\n • Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience required
\n • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH
\n • TNCC certification preferred
\n • Prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities preferred
\n • Ideal candidate is driven, organized, efficient, and maintains a positive and engaged attitude

The Surgical ICU is a 26-bed unit equipped with advanced technology including ECMO, CRRT, balloon pumps, and hypothermia equipment. The facility serves a diverse patient population including complex surgical and trauma cases, supported by an experienced and dedicated clinical team.
