Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Senior Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to join its dynamic and full-service International Trade practice. Candidates with more extensive experience and strong credentials may also be considered.

This highly regarded team advises on a wide range of international trade matters, including:

• Customs and Import Compliance:
  Antidumping, countervailing duties, safeguard proceedings, and other trade remedy cases.

• Export Controls and Sanctions:
  Matters involving EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations.

• National Security:
  CFIUS filings and related regulatory concerns.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated experience in trade compliance, enforcement, and regulatory counseling. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in trade remedies and/or customs is required.
