Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors and customers. The qualified candidate will have strong organizational and computer skills.

Job Responsibilities


  • Coordinates all aspects of daily office functions: answer phones and directs calls to the appropriate person.
  • Greet and assist visitors, sort/distribute incoming mail, orders and stocks office and breakroom supplies
  • Support office staff and executives with administrative tasks
  • Update general internal documents and prepare presentation materials
  • Set up/coordinate meetings/conferences
  • Reconcile airlines and car rental monthly invoices
  • Maintain itinerary/travel roster for sales/service
  • Maintain subscriptions/memberships and registration renewals
  • Coordination of conferences (hotels, registration, travel)
  • Event coordinator for on-site meetings, lunches, quarterly meetings, Christmas lunch/party and other office related events
  • Additional duties/responsibilities as job function increases
  • Order, stock, and distribute employee apparel.

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 2-3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently
