We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our team as Sales Professionals. Experience is not required! We will train candidates who are eager to learn and show up every single day!

What we need from you:

• Professional and positive attitude with clean appearance
• Willingness to learn and put in the grind to be great!
• Excitement to go to work each day!
• Stellar attendance!
• Self-motivated with ability to work with little to no supervision.

Your responsibilities:

• Take care of customers
• Answer internet leads and follow up. Can’t stress this enough- Follow up will be the key!
• Test drive- because let’s face it, who doesn’t want to test drive a brand-new Mustang!!

What qualifies you:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, clean background check, and be able to pass a drug test (No judgement, just need it for insurance purposes!)
• Strong basic computer skills
• Stable work history. Sorry, we want someone who wants to grow with us as a team, not use us to make your other job jealous.

This is a base + commission position, but if you let go of the fear, you WILL earn! We are different than any other dealership... and there’s a reason for that!
