About Us


British Swim School is the nations leading swim school, focused on water safety and survival skills for children and adults. We are seeking a motivated and organized Aquatic Manager to oversee swim operations at our Howell, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily swim school operations and instructor schedules
  
  
• Lead, train, and support a team of swim instructors
  
  
• Ensure program quality, safety, and adherence to curriculum
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with parents
  
  
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  
  
• Monitor pool conditions and equipment, ensuring safety standards
  
  
• Support marketing, enrollment growth, and customer retention
• 
  

Requirements

• Leadership experience, ideally in aquatics, childcare, or education
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  
  
• Comfortable in the water and able to demonstrate swim skills
  
  
• Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain)
  
  
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
