This opportunity is a great stepping stone for individuals looking to expand their customer service excellence by breaking into the corporate world. Our Member Services Representative team is responsible for the following:
- Responding to member questions and requests via phone and email
- Answer member benefit coverage questions
- Partner with other departments to verify member requests regarding claims, payments, enrollment, and transport needs
- Notate member accounts to ensure information is up-to-date
- Assist with member fulfillment requests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current department standards and processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience providing phone-based customer service
- Data entry and computer skills
- Clear and respectful phone presence
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from the office each working day
- Bilingual (Spanish as a first language is highly preferred)
