Job DescriptionCivil Litigation Attorneys – Dallas/Houston/Austin (Remote/Hybrid Options)
A growing national defense firm has immediate openings in its Phoenix office for civil litigation attorneys with at least three years of experience, and will consider all experience levels who have strong litigation skills. The firm offers flexible work arrangements for successful candidates, including fully remote, hybrid, part-time, and full-time options.
You will handle a diverse civil litigation caseload and may focus your practice in one or more of the following areas: employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, and general liability. This is an excellent role for attorneys who enjoy sophisticated defense work, direct client contact, and meaningful responsibility on active files.
Ideal candidates are driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic credentials, and proven research abilities, and are comfortable taking ownership of assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required, and attorneys will have opportunities to appear at hearings, depositions, and trials as their skills and interests develop. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Texas.
