§ Location: Remote (Midwest-based United Statespreferably)

§ Salary: $75,000 to $125,000 Base Salary (Plus a lucrative annual incentive bonus and comprehensive well-being initiatives)

§ Schedule: Full-time, Direct-Hire

§ Duties The incoming Strategic Director will take ownership of customer-segment narratives and create high-impact, client-facing assets that empower the sales force to accelerate and close pipeline opportunities. This position requires an astute, strategic thinker capable of partnering closely with executive leadership to refine messaging and elevate sales outcomes. Core responsibilities include: ⨖ Partnering intimately with senior business leadership to pinpoint content gaps and formulate best-in-class, persuasive sales narratives. ⨖ Architecting and preparing comprehensive, highly effective legal sales materials and strategic training collateral. ⨖ Utilizing advanced software tools to design engaging, interactive learning experiences for a dynamic sales team. ⨖ Providing dedicated coaching and mentorship to sales professionals across all levels, driving a culture of continuous excellence and pipeline growth. ⨖ Conducting rigorous needs analyses, content mapping, and rigorous testing to ensure maximum market resonance. ⨖ Delivering executive summaries and reporting critical success metrics to leadership at key intervals.


§ Qualifications Candidates must possess an exceptional blend of legal acumen and B2B sales enablement expertise to immediately drive measurable results. ⨖ A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution is strictly required. ⨖ Demonstrated, highly successful background in sales enablement, B2B SaaS, or content development within complex product portfolios. ⨖ Deep comprehension of end-to-end sales cycles and the direct correlation between content strategy and pipeline performance. ⨖ Proven ability to lead, influence, and foster seamless collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams.
