Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Discovery Bay, CA, supporting students from Pre-K through 8th grade across multiple school sites. This permanent placement role offers a contract commitment through June 9, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to students aged Pre-K to 8th grade
• Collaborating with educators, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conducting assessments to determine students motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Supporting multiple school sites with consistent therapy delivery
• Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Professional experience as an Occupational Therapist in school settings
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy and developmental milestones relevant to Pre-K through 8th grade
• Effective communication skills to engage multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to manage caseloads across diverse school environments
• Familiarity with school-based occupational therapy regulations and best practices

This position excludes VOCO involvement at this time and seeks candidates with relevant school-based OT experience preferred by the director. An immediate start date is desired.
