HR Business Partner – Responsibilities
\n

- Advise the CEO on change management strategy, workplace innovation, and the responsible integration of emerging technologies like AI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to plant, operations, and executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational decisions, and people risk.
- Own employee relations end-to-end — investigations, discipline, performance management, and terminations — with consistency and sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
- Lead recruiting for hourly manufacturing, technical, and professional roles, and oversee onboarding with a focus on safety, quality, and cultural fit.
- Coach supervisors and managers on effective people leadership, accountability, and documentation.
- Administer compensation structures, job classifications, and benefits in partnership with brokers and vendors.
- Support succession planning for critical plant and leadership roles.

HR Business Partner – Requirements
\n

- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment.
- True generalist strength across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance — no significant gaps.
- Comfort and credibility on the plant floor with hourly employees and front-line supervisors.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, OSHA, workers' compensation) with the confidence to apply it independently.
- Familiarity with change management principles and workplace innovation, including how AI and emerging technologies affect the workforce.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred.

Onsite, reporting directly to the CEO with one direct report (HR Manager).
