This is light industrial work — lifting stays under 20 pounds — and a great opportunity to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. What You'll Do
- Set up and operate injection-molding machines to produce interior trim components
- Install dies and set machine controls for temperature, pressure, and molding time
- Load material into the machine and start the molding cycle
- Remove finished parts and trim excess material using hand tools
- Inspect parts to confirm they meet quality standards
- Record production and quality data accurately
- Follow all written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to understand verbal instructions in English — critical for safety training
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds and standing for a full shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Reliable and ready to work 1st shift, Monday - Friday
- Willingness to learn injection-molding equipment — no experience required
