Key Responsibilities\n

- Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- An active professional license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
- Experience in applying solution-focused psychotherapy approaches to customize treatment plans for a diverse clientele.
