Pay range for this position is $85,000- $95,000 based on experience and education.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day Rooms Division operations to ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the hotel while maintaining Marriott brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and engage Rooms Division team members.
  • Monitor guest service scores, online reviews, social media feedback, and guest comments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in the development and execution of short- and long-term operational and financial plans.
  • Manage departmental budgets, labor productivity, and staffing guidelines to achieve financial objectives.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all hotel departments, guests, vendors, and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to execute strategic hotel initiatives and achieve business goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hotel operations as a Director of Rooms, Rooms Division Manager, Assistant General Manager, or service-focused General Manager in a full-service hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and Marriott brand standards.
  • Working knowledge of Marsha, ADP, and NetSuite.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial statements, labor management, and staffing models.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction results.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems that improve operational performance.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety through training, reporting, and recognition programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • An engaging, authentic leadership style with a passion for developing teams and driving performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
