Embark on a meaningful school-based assignment supporting K-12 students’ communication development in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists, including Clinical Fellows, ready to make a difference during the 2026-2027 school year.

Position details include a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week). You’ll collaborate with educational professionals to address speech, language, voice, and fluency needs, creating positive impacts within a diverse student population. The assignment is conveniently located near Andover, MN and runs from approximately August 25, 2026 (with students beginning September 8, 2026) through June 10, 2027.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for Minnesota
  • Ability to obtain or hold Minnesota Department of Education licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is advantageous
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and support students with communication disorders in group and individual settings
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech/language needs
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism in a collaborative school environment
