Our client is seeking a contractor for a contract to hire a paralegal with a background in Corporate Paralegal work as a primary focus. This role will assist key leadership in their processes, support, and ongoing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of paralegal experience and strong skills in contract management, legal documentation, and organizational support.
Responsibilities:
- Support contract review, execution, and tracking processes
- Coordinate legal documentation, filings, and records management
- Assist with litigation support, discovery, and communication with outside counsel
- Help manage insurance, compliance, and other legal administrative tasks
- Provide general legal and operational support to attorneys and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant paralegal experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with legal and contract management software preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience
