Qualifications:
- Valid and current license to practice Physical Therapy in Georgia
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators
- Advanced organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored physical therapy assessments and interventions to students with a variety of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with students' educational requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and creating documentation as necessary
- Provide support, training, and resources to teachers and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans in accordance with evolving needs
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with school district and regulatory policies
