Work/life balance:
We offer a Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
Benefits: Choice of Medical, Vision, and Dental plans with company premium contributions, accrual of 40 hours of PTO first year of employment
Accrue additional PTO at the third year of employment & 40 hours of sick time annually, 8 paid holidays plus a floating holiday, 401k with company match after 90 days.

As a forward-thinking company that thrives on data-driven insights, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated Data & Insights Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming raw and semi-structured data into clean, insightful datasets and delivering actionable insights. The right candidate excels at building meaningful visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, interpreting data for trends and performance gaps, and recommending improvements based on data-driven analysis.
Essential Functions:

- Develop and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards, reports, and paginated reports
- Transform and model data from the silver to the gold layer within our data warehouse architecture
- Analyze data to identify patterns, performance trends, and areas of opportunity
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and translate analytical insights into meaningful actions
- Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing ROI, track government affairs trends, monitor workforce engagement, and measure compliance performance
- Support both routine and ad hoc data with efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to analytical strategies and solutions that improve decision-making and business outcomes
Requirements:
Qualifications or Competencies:
- Power BI Expertise: Proficient in dashboard/report development, DAX, Power Query (M), and report performance optimization
- Data Modeling: Familiarity with modern data warehouse architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers); strong SQL required
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data, detect trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Communication: Capable of presenting data insights to a wide range of audiences, both technical and non-technical
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in managing analytical priorities across departments
- Business Acumen: Familiarity with departmental objectives for marketing, government affairs, HR, and compliance
- Self-Motivation: Able to take initiative, identify data opportunities, and suggest improvements proactively
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets
- Demonstrated experience building maps for location analytics in ArcGIS
- Demonstrated experience improving processes or systems based on data and trend analysis
- Experience working with data warehouses and performing data modeling or transformation (bronze/silver/gold layers)
- Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, preferably in Marketing, HR, Compliance, or Government Affairs settings
- Preferred: Experience with dbt, Python, or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure Synapse, Big Query)
