Shift: Second Shift (Night)
Location: Onsite
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Second Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead insertion tube production operations. This role ensures safe, efficient manufacturing while maintaining compliance with technical drawings, work instructions, and ISO quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate second shift production activities
- Assign and develop team members to meet production goals
- Ensure equipment is properly set up and operating to specifications
- Perform quality inspections and ensure accurate documentation
- Complete nonconformance reports and support root cause investigations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide hands-on support in manufacturing, including extrusion as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years manufacturing management experience
- 2+ years ISO 13485 experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with precision measuring tools
- Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing (medical device preferred)
- Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Work Environment
Climate-controlled facility. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs. Occasional overtime required.
