Location Requirement: Applicants must currently reside in Northern California and be able to travel throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding regions as operational needs require.
DAGDA International is a premier provider of Executive Protection, Residential Security, and Risk Management services supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. We are seeking an experienced security leader to oversee multiple Residential Security Team (RST) programs throughout Northern California.
Position Summary
The Residential Security Program Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, and operational success of multiple residential security programs. This role oversees personnel management, training, client relations, compliance, and overall program performance while serving as the primary operational leader for assigned accounts.
This position is classified as Exempt and requires the exercise of independent judgment and discretion.
Essential Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee residential security operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure operational readiness, service quality, and compliance with Company standards.
- Implement operational improvements and best practices.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for clients and stakeholders.
Personnel Management
- Supervise Team Leaders, Field Supervisors, and Residential Security Agents.
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and administer corrective action as appropriate.
- Manage staffing levels and workforce allocation.
Training & Development
- Develop and maintain Residential Security Team training programs.
- Conduct drills, exercises, and readiness assessments.
- Ensure personnel maintain required certifications and training standards.
Security & Risk Management
- Conduct security assessments, operational reviews, and audits.
- Identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain SOPs, emergency response plans, and operational guidelines.
- Support Executive Protection operations and special assignments as needed.
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
- Review staffing, scheduling, labor utilization, and operational metrics.
- Partner with Human Resources and Executive Leadership on personnel and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in residential security, executive protection, law enforcement, military leadership, private security management, or a related field.
- Experience managing security programs, executive protection operations, or embedded security teams.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, incident management, and emergency response.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must reside in Northern California.
Preferred
- Executive Protection program management experience.
- Prior law enforcement, military, or corporate security leadership background.
- ASIS CPP, PSP, PCI, FEMA ICS, or similar certifications.
- Experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth clients and family office environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to travel throughout Northern California, including occasional overnight travel.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to respond effectively during emergency situations.
