POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Website & Digital Operations Coordinator to help keep our e-commerce websites, digital marketing, product information, and incoming shipments running smoothly.
This role is a mix of website management, digital marketing support, procurement coordination, and general problem-solving. You’ll help make sure our product information is accurate, our digital assets are organized, our advertising stays up to date, and incoming shipments are tracked and communicated clearly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Maintenance: Keep our e-commerce websites up to date, including product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, navigation, and promotions. Troubleshoot and resolve routine website and content issues.
- Procurement Support: Work with our Ningbo procurement team to provide product information, follow up with suppliers, track orders, and help keep communication moving between our overseas suppliers and U.S. team.
- Google Ads Management: Maintain Google Ads campaigns and product listings, update advertising content, monitor spending and performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Digital Asset Management: Keep product photos, graphics, videos, and other digital files organized and up to date so the right materials are being used across our websites and marketing channels.
- Google Platform Administration: Manage and monitor Google Merchant Center, Search Console, Analytics, and Manufacturer Center. Keep product feeds accurate, address errors, and monitor website and product performance.
- Shipping Schedule Coordination: Maintain our incoming shipment schedule, track expected departures and arrivals, follow up when there are delays, and keep the appropriate team members informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience maintaining e-commerce websites; Shopify experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Merchant Center, Search Console, and Analytics or a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and organizing digital files.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and international suppliers.
- Experience with procurement, logistics, or international shipping is a plus, but not necessary if you're willing to learn
