Penske is hiring Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers for multi-stop delivery routes.

Drivers are home daily and operate late-model, well-maintained equipment while delivering automotive parts to dealerships.

Compensation

• $30/hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
• $10,000 retention bonus
• Weekly pay (every Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-stop deliveries (5–10 stops per route)
• Deliver automotive parts and supplies to dealerships
• Unload trailers using:
  • Manual pallet jacks
  • Hand trucks
  • Rolling cages
• Scan and verify products during delivery
• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries
• Maintain compliance with DOT and safety regulations

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (5-day workweek)
• Dispatch: 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM
• 40–50 hours per week
• Home daily

Equipment & Technology

• Late-model Penske trucks
• Professionally maintained fleet
• Safety-focused design
• In-cab cameras (inward and outward facing)
• Driver support technology and scanning systems

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (U.S.-based, state licensed)
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)
• Experience:
  • 1 year tractor-trailer experience (last 3 years), OR
  • 2 years experience (last 5 years)
• Clean driving record:
  • Maximum of 2 moving violations or accidents (last 3 years)
• English proficiency (DOT requirement)
• Ability to pass:
  • Background check
  • Drug screening

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching
• Ability to enter/exit truck and cargo area frequently
• Adequate vision and hearing for safe driving
