Main responsibilities center around tax compliance-preparation of federal consolidated and separate company tax returns as well as multi-state income/franchise returns for all 50 states. Some tax provision work (e.g., ASC 740/FAS109. Special projects and light research. Correspond with taxing authorities and outside CPA firm. Various other duties. Report to Director of Tax.. Note that these positions are bonus-eligible and newly-created.
