Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs
Present product options and provide accurate quotes
Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement (optional but rewarded)
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or B2C industries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Experience with CRM systems preferred
