We are seeking a Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling plants and helping customers with design work in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:

<li>Explain products, services and prices to customers</li>
<li>Monitor inventory to ensure product are in stock</li>
<li>Enter and process customer orders</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve customer complaints</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, and horticulture</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with customers</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Able to work outside in cold, heat and rain</li>
