ENGEL Machinery North America has a job opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator. POSITION INFORMATION
Job Summary:
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you are the critical link between ENGEL and our customers’ operational success. You won’t just quote parts; you’ll provide technical solutions that minimize downtime for world-class injection molding and automation systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment where precision and customer advocacy are the priority, this is your role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Advocacy:?Decipher technical inquiries using ENGEL databases (BOMs, schematics, and drawings) to provide accurate, high-speed solutions.

Data Integrity:?Master CRM and ERP interfaces to manage the end-to-end quote lifecycle, ensuring no lead or inquiry falls through the cracks.

Strategic Sourcing:?Collaborate with our global supply chain to navigate logistics and provide customers with the most cost-effective, timely delivery options.

Revenue Growth:?Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes to capture market feedback and boost conversion rates.
Qualification Requirements:

Experience:?2+ years in an OEM environment or technical parts distribution.

Educational: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical and/or business certificates preferred.

Technical Literacy:?Ability to read/interpret?technical drawings or assembly blueprints?is a major plus.

Systems:?Experience with?SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM?platforms

Travel:?Upon request but not expected.
Mental / Physical Requirements:

Analytical Rigor:?Ability to perform quick calculations and maintain high concentration while multitasking.

Physical:?Comfort with an office environment; ability to lift up to 50lbs on the rare occasion a part needs manual inspection or shipping prep.

Working Environment: This position works in an office setting, with occasional exposure to mechanical equipment, stockrooms, and industrial environments with the necessary safety protocols and PPE.
