Medical Assistant (MA-C) – Spokane Valley, WA – $30/hr – 13 Weeks
Location: Spokane Valley, WA 99216
Start Date: October 5, 2026
Pay: $30/hr
Contract: 13 weeks | Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: 4×10-hour Day Shifts
Hours: Typically 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Requirements:
- MA-C certification required
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- 3+ years preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be open to permanent placement
Job Duties:
- Room patients and prepare them for examinations
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Record medical history, medications, and allergies
- Prepare exam rooms
- Assist providers with procedures
- Collect and label specimens
- Perform urine testing/urinalysis
- Stock and maintain clinical supplies
- Support providers within scope of practice
Position Details:
- Primary Care / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
- Support 1 primary provider and assist other providers as needed
- No blood draws required
- No weekends
- No on-call
- COVID-19 vaccination not required
- First-time travelers may be considered
- Local candidates preferred
- Temp-to-permanent opportunity
