What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact from check-in to delivery
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify service needs
• Present repairs, timelines, and pricing clearly
• Coordinate with technicians for efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain estimates, records, and customer communication
• Follow up to drive retention and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of Service Advisor or automotive experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Proven ability to communicate and sell services
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Organized, reliable, and customer-focused
