Do you have strong soldering skills and hands-on experience in PCB testing?
We are looking for skilled technicians with a solid background in manual soldering, SMT, and circuit board diagnostics. This is a direct hire role with long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
What You Will Be Doing
• Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures, identifying root causes
• Perform precise soldering work: Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, and BGAs
• Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray system, Rework Station, and Solder Pot
• Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test specifications
• Support and guide other technicians on testing procedures and soldering standards
• Maintain station performance and follow IPC quality standards
Must-Have Skills and Experience
• Experience with PCBA repair, testing, and rework
• Proficient in manual soldering and surface mount technology
• Comfortable using test tools like oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters
• Prior knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 required
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Shift Options
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
Pay: 24-28/hr, DOE and both 2nd and 3rd have an additional 10% shift premium.
