Role Summary:
As the GLAAS SME for Configuration & Access, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing system settings and security structures within the USAID Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS). Your work ensures compliance with Agency policies and keeps procurement operations running smoothly. From maintaining templates and clauses to overseeing access controls, you’ll play a critical role in system integrity and user experience.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage and implement configuration requests, including custom fields, agency codes, and auto-numbering.
- Maintain and update templates, clauses, and document libraries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee security structures, labels, and access controls tomaintaincompliance with Agency policies.
- Monitor system configurations for operational accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement processes and system enhancements.
- Document configuration changes andmaintainclear audit trails for accountability.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Extensive hands-on experience with the USAID Global Acquisition and Assistance System (GLAAS), including configuration and access management.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage complex configuration requests andmaintainsystem integrity.
- Detail-oriented approach tomaintainingtemplates, clauses, and document libraries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot configuration issues quickly.
- Strong communicationskills for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.
