Knowledge/skills/ability:
• Passion and dedication to the community
• Must be energetic and have a strong sales background
• Provides excellent customer service
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work as a team
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Yardi, Paylease or On-Site a plus
Responsibilities will include:
-Execute leasing strategies and directives to ensure proper presentation, pricing, and promotional activity
-Greet prospects and tour market ready units
-Qualify prospects; determine needs, motives, and ability to rent
-Carry out the entire process from obtaining approval of the applicant to submitting completed paperwork for residency.
-Collect deposits and informs tenants of deposit policies
-Facilitate the move-in process
-Execute necessary marketing plans to drive prospective traffic
-Other leasing, tenant relations and administrative duties assigned as needed
Qualifications include:
• High School diploma is required
• Minimum of one (1) year in a client facing setting
• Ability to fluently read and write English and accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
• The ability to pass a background check
