Location: Utah County / Provo Area
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ (Base + Aggressive Performance Pay)

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven, inventory-obsessed position for someone who understands how to acquire the right cars, price them to market, and turn inventory FAST.

What You’ll Own:
- Full responsibility for used car department performance
- Aggressive inventory acquisition (auctions, trades, street buys)
- Pricing strategy using real-time market data (V Auto, etc.)
- Managing inventory turn, aging, and profitability
- Partnering with sales managers to maximize every opportunity
- Desk deals and support the sales floor when needed
- Ensuring strong online merchandising (photos, pricing, descriptions)
- Daily accountability to KPIs and performance metrics
What It Takes to Succeed Here:
- Proven success as a Used Car Manager or top-performing Assistant
- Strong understanding of market-based pricing & inventory strategy
- Ability to move quickly and make confident buying decisions
- Track record of driving volume AND gross
- High energy, competitive mindset, and no-excuses attitude
- Experience with tools like VAuto, Dealer track, appraisal systems
