Service Desk Analyst
Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their Wayne, PA team on a contract basis. On site; local candidates only.
Responsibilities:
- Answering service desk inquiries via phone, email, and self-service portal
- Resolving inquiries and escalating as needed
- Mentoring staff
- Configuring, troubleshooting, and coordinating hardware repair
- Developing and reviewing IT articles for end user support portal
- Collecting required data from customers and maintaining customer communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years junior management experience
- 2+ years with hardware imaging, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively route call tickets and handle call resolutions
Additional Details:
Compensation: $28.00-$30.00
Employment type: contract
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
