• The successful candidate will be a self-starter with responsibility for safety, housekeeping, quality and production on a shift for an assigned area of the plant.
• This includes environmental health & safety (EHS), employee motivation, training, equipment needs, employee scheduling, continuous improvement and productivity issues.
• May also provide process direction and prioritization to craft employees to resolve equipment issues.
• This position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts and schedules; examples include off-shift schedules and 12-hour shifts.
