Role Description The Project Manager Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater New Orleans Region. This role oversees planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing contractors and vendors, tracking progress, resolving field issues, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager Civil prepares and reviews project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and reports, while monitoring quality, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The role also involves risk management, change order control, and continuous improvement of project processes.

Qualifications

Strong project leadership and coordination skills, including Project Management and Construction Management experience.

Technical expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects, with the ability to interpret plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
\n
Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for civil and construction projects.
\n
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external partners on complex construction and infrastructure initiatives.
\n
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with project management software, scheduling tools, and standard office productivity applications.
\n
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present project information clearly.
\n
Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, with knowledge of relevant local and federal standards.
\n
Ability to work on-site in the Greater New Orleans Region, manage field conditions, and adapt to changing project needs.
