The Opportunity

Lead commercial landscape maintenance operations as a key leader within our field team. You will directly manage multiple field crews, build lasting client relationships, and drive overall operational excellence. How You Will Make an Impact

- Oversee daily commercial landscape maintenance operations to ensure high service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop multiple field crews while fostering a safety-focused culture.

- Manage operational budgets, control project costs, and achieve key performance goals.
- Inspect job sites regularly to verify quality control and adherence to client specifications.
- Solve complex site or logistical challenges quickly to prevent service interruptions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance management.
- Completion of a Trade Program or Technical Certification, such as Horticulturist training.
- Deep knowledge of turf management, plant care, irrigation systems, and local flora.
- In-field mechanical background (small engine repairs, diagnostics of small engines, etc.)
