Job Description

We're looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our team in Hutchins, Texas for an exciting 4-month project. This is a temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $25 - $28 per hour, depending on your experience.

If you are a proactive and organized individual with a passion for construction, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our project, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Receiving and inspecting all project materials to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
Scheduling and coordinating our crew and other tradesmen, making sure everyone is on the same page and working efficiently.
Assisting in quality control inspections to confirm work is being completed according to project plans and specifications.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety protocols and site cleanliness standards.
Conducting daily site walks to monitor progress and identify any potential issues before they become problems.
