The role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT to keep records complete, compliant, and aligned with internal standards.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain business partner records for customers, suppliers, and related entities across enterprise data platforms.

• Review incoming requests for new records or updates, confirm required approvals and supporting documents, and complete changes with accuracy and timeliness.

• Verify critical information such as banking details, tax data, payment terms, and classification attributes using internal controls and external validation sources.

• Track data quality trends by identifying duplicates, incomplete fields, and inconsistent entries, then take corrective action to improve record reliability.

• Carry out data cleansing activities that strengthen reporting accuracy and reduce operational and compliance risk.

• Apply established governance standards to daily data management tasks and escalate exceptions or unresolved issues to appropriate stakeholders.

• Support audit and compliance efforts by organizing documentation and confirming that required records meet policy and regulatory expectations.

• Maintain secure digital files and handle sensitive information in accordance with privacy, confidentiality, and record-retention requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve data issues, answer record-related questions, and support ongoing operational needs.

• Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail in high-volume data entry or master data support work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reviewing, validating, and organizing data.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and follow up effectively on data issues or missing information.
• Experience working within structured procedures, approval workflows, and data governance guidelines.
• Foundational knowledge of supplier onboarding, tax documentation, banking verification, or related compliance checks.
• Understanding of master data principles involving customer, supplier, or business partner records.
• Background in data analysis, fraud analytics, anti-fraud review, suspected fraud handling, or fraud investigation is a plus.
