- Review, analyze, and summarize complex and legacy contracts
- Support internal legal requests by researching contract provisions and regulatory issues
- Assist with intellectual property administration, including trademark maintenance and portfolio tracking
- Partner closely with attorneys on issue-spotting, document review, and follow-ups
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
What They're Looking For
- Experience as a transactional or corporate paralegal (in-house or law firm)
- Strong contract literacy and comfort working with agreements of varying complexity
- Ability to conduct independent legal research using tools such as Westlaw or equivalent
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal hand-holding
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite at least two days per week
- Comfortable working with a direct, fast-moving legal team
Compensation
- $39-$48/hour, depending on experience
- Comprehensive benefits package available
(This posting complies with California pay-transparency requirements.)
