Real Estate Finance Associate: Sophisticated Mid-Market Transactions
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Associate Class: 4th - 8th Year
Salary Range: $245,000 - $365,000 per year (Plus comprehensive bonus program)

This role is designed for a candidate with the desire to "first chair" sophisticated transactions within a collaborative, diverse, and merit-based environment.
Our Practice Our diverse commercial real estate practice is middle-market focused and includes high-stakes representation for both lenders and borrowers. You will work on a broad range of sophisticated transactions, including:

Senior mortgage and construction loans

Leverage loans and mezzanine financing

Preferred debt and equity investments

A-Note and co-lender transactions
