Macomb Post Acute Care Center is hiring a Dietary Manager for a full-time position overseeing food service operations and supporting quality dining for our residents.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily kitchen and dietary operations.

Supervise dietary staff and organize meal service.

Help ensure meals meet residents' nutritional needs.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Food service management or nutrition training preferred.

Experience in dietary services, food service, or a related field.

Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Pay: $17.00-$19.50 per hour
