PM w/food experience (bakery preferred) near Columbia, SC starting in the next month or so for about 3 months.

Both developing and working on projects already started.

Standard project management work:

• Feasibility

• Concept development

• Approval documentation development

• Execution planning and implementation

• Startup and commissioning

• Handover to operations

• Training

• Project tracking & reporting

• Collaboration meetings

• Weekend work will be required on occasion
